The Tactile Self

My Frottage piece of the Duomo in its current state... I love how it seems to develop itself before me, just bringing out things as they come.

I would like to next start fusing the frottages with my daily self portraits, as they are both so dominating my thoughts as of late.

Max Ernst- La Femme 100 TĂȘtes

I just found Max Ernst's collage novel "100 Headless Woman" it takes a couple views to fully digest, just one image, let alone the whole thing.  Please, enjoy.

The Codex Seraphinianus

The Codex Seraphinianus is one of my favorite books of all time.  It's written and illustrated by the Italian architect Luigi Seraphini in an alien language on a hypothetical/parallel/unknown/bizarre world.  It has eleven chapters, each devoted to a different element in this world... including physics, chemistry, mineralogy, geography, botany, zoology, sociology, linguistics, technology, architecture, sports, clothing, etc.  each accompanied with magnificently detailed and coloured images.  This book is very very rare and expensive to own, however it is possible to download on the internet of you have the right resources.
