Stonehenge

Myths about Stonehenge:

The Saxons won a battle, so the king of the Saxons asked Merlin to build a monument to commemorate the men lost in battle.  The stones were supposedly made by giants in Germany, Merlin brought over the rocks and dropped them here. 

Other myths include the devil or even aliens.  

Some of the Stonehenge rocks also line up with the sun during the Summer Solstice, but it is most likely that stonehenge is a Sundial built on some sort of sacred land, as there are many mass burial mounds scattered about the area.  Different sizes for different sexes and statuses.
